Staffordshire Moorlands District Council’s Housing Advice Team can help you if you are homeless,
or if you think may be threatened with being homeless.
The team will help you to find the best housing solution for you – whether this is a housing association
tenancy, supported housing or housing in the private sector. If you need temporary accommodation we will help you find this.

The Council also provides advice on a range of Private Sector Housing issues, including help for tenants and landlords,
guidance on health and safety and repairs in private housing, energy efficiency and our Landlord Accreditation Scheme.
We also offer advice and assistance for people in private housing who need financial help to maintain or improve their
homes or make adaptations for disabled householders.
